When they get to their room a handwritten "Welcome Note" should be waiting for them. You may also choose to include a list of activities you have planned. A welcome bag, though not necessary is always appreciated. You don't have to break the bank, just include a few thoughtful items. A few favorites are bottled water (with a personal label, perhaps the date or the names of the bride and groom or both), flip flops, a towel, to name a few.
