When you start planning your destination wedding it won't be long before you start to consider some ways to save big bucks.



Always be considerate of your guests and family's pocketbooks.
You might want to have your celebration off season. 
This will save you and your guests lots of money. 
Stay away from major holidays like Christmas, Easter and always ask about Spring Break.

Selecting an all inclusive resort is very high on our list for many reasons.

You and your guests will have paid for their trips in their entirety by the time everybody travels.

Nobody will be worried about "running out of money" while at destination.

Be sure to inquire about complimentary wedding ceremonies which some resorts do offer.

Your Welcome Dinner and Farewell Brunch will likely cost you nothing at an all inclusive if you're dealing with a seasoned and experienced Travel Consultant/Destination Wedding Planner.

We always suggest getting married legally at home.

It will not only save you money but many times lots of  added detail and headaches.

Nobody except you will ever know your ceremony wasn't legal.

Mix real with artificial flowers at your destination wedding.

Take the flowers from the ceremony and use them at your reception.

This idea works very well and can really reduce your costs.

How to WOW Your Destination Wedding Guests

With Destination Weddings becoming more and more popular it's no surprise to see our brides thinking outside the box to set themselves apart from everybody else.





Here are a few of our favorite ides that we'd love to share with you.

Instead of traditional escort or place cards have labels made for champagne flutes.  By the time your guests get to their seats you'll be able to have your first toast. 

These labels also take up no room in your suitcase.

Emergency kits come in very handy and are almost a must at today's Destination Wedding especially if you're celebrating at an all inclusive.

Contents of these kits will cost you and your guests big time at any resort.  

They also make a great Welcome Bag stuffer.

Have a lounge area set up at your reception. 

A great way for your guests to rest their dancing feet.      

The more pillows you have the merrier. 

Set up a surprise station!

  

We love the idea of a Cigar Bar  and so will the guys!

You can also do a s'mores or prosecco station.

Light up the night with sparklers at the end of your ceremony.
