Often, as a Destination Wedding Specialist, I'm asked if it's "necessary" to have a gift bag upon arrival for attending guests. Though not necessary, I think it's a very nice gesture. Afterall, these people have spent alot of money to share this very special time with you. It's a nice touch and dosen't have to cost an arm and a leg.
A few practical ideas I've come across over the years are:
Lip balm. Always great to have whether in the sun or skiing. They come in a variety of different colors as well.
Another fun idea is a great pair of flip flops. Especially the ones that have JUST MARRIED embossed on the back.
There are many more cute and inexpensive ideas to be had!These small tokens will also serve as a great keepsake of the fabulous Destination Wedding long after the dancing ends!
