Amazing All White Destination Wedding Ideas

Having had the privilege of   planning Destination Weddings in Europe, Aspen, Vail, Mexico, Greece and the Dominican Republic over the years ~ I have one rule only

KEEP IT SIMPLE

Many of the brides I've worked  with have chosen to have an ALL WHITE  destination wedding.

They can be glamourous and there are always ways to add a pop of color if the all white theme isn't for you.

Kate Middleton (Prince William's wife) opted for this color scheme and started a trend when she got married.

From stunning ceremonies that have a pop of natural colors to strictly white.

It's your choice.     

Keeping with this theme you might want to carry it over to your reception.

There are so many was to add some color if you use lights under the tablecloths or decorate your tables with soft floral arrangements. 

Some of our brides have an all white bridal party
as well.

Remember, anything goes at a destination wedding!

Should you have tables of two or eight?

At this stage of planning it feels like the only thing you ever do is make DECISIONS!!

There are simple solutions and easy ways to resolve these details.

If you're not having that many guests, why not try to have everybody seated together at the same table?

Pick an intimate table setting and everybody will be happy!

Maybe, you're looking for an "over the top" set up..

This is the day you've dreamed of all you life and you're willing to spare no expense..

If you've got  a relatively young group at your destination wedding, you might want to consider scrapping the chairs and using pillows in the sand instead.

This makes a beautiful set up too!

Another option would be to have a romantic set up with tables for two on the beach!

You just might want to consider any single guests who are attending and how they might feel..

There are a few ideas for your Destination Wedding reception that will have you looking like the most thoughtful friend ever!


Please try to remember that this is a vacation for your guests too!
With that said, it's nice to plan a few activities in advance.

Nothing like a Welcome Dinner or Cocktail to have everybody get to meet once on location.
Planning this in advance is always recommended.

Make name tags and anything else you think might be fun.

Print these Destination Wedding "itineraries" up and enclose them in the Welcome Bags!

                                                               

Don't over do it!
Try to make sure that everybody attending has some alone or family time with their loved ones.





We also believe that Welcome Bags are a MUST!

You don't have to break the bank either.
Fill these goodie bags with practical but inexpensive items.

Most can be purchased at your local Dollar Store..


Remember..it's the thought that counts

If you have children attending don't forget them!

One way to impress your most critical of guests (we know you all have at least one of those!)

Get them activity books, crayons or anything else that might keep them occupied during the reception.

Their parents' will never forget this!

If you have enough attending..
Set up a "kids" table!




It's an inexpensive but a thoughtful gesture.
